By accessing and using the Pimah platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Account Responsibilities

Users must authenticate via a valid Google account. You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your account and any activity occurring under it. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and violates our fair-use policy.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Free Tier: Includes exactly 1 full-length mock test.
• Premium Tiers (Pro/Elite): Billed on a recurring basis (monthly/yearly as selected).
• Cancellations: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time. You will retain premium access until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Processed on a case-by-case basis according to local consumer law.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary mock questions, explanations, analytical algorithms, and UI designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Pimah. You may not scrape, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our study materials without explicit written consent.

5. Disclaimers

Pimah is an independent examination preparation tool. We are not officially affiliated with, nor endorsed by, the CFA Institute, ACCA, or GARP. We do not guarantee passing scores; your results depend entirely on your own effort and execution on exam day.
